Personality: West is usually quite in large crowds unless he needs to be otherwise. When in a small group he is friendly and strikes up conversations easily. When on the job he is focused and tends to not respond in a good manner when sidetracked. He gets the job done anyway it needs to be done. Socially, West has been known to cracks some jokes and gives advice to people he thinks deserve it. West has been known to take on a rare darkness that most of his friends are weary of.
History: West was born in Hollywood, California, and was raised on the beach. He has never been afraid of water and at times it has almost cost him his life. Brought up strictly, West always followed the rules and gained much success from those standards. After finishing high school, West proceeded to UCSD where he majored in Marine Biology, Oceanography, and Computer Science. He continued his studies at Scrippts Instution of Oceanography and eventually obtained his PhD in Marine Biology. West was then drafted into the navy and advanced to a special operations unit where he learned combat skills, anti-terrorist warfare, and diplomatic skills. After being discharged from the navy, West established the International Management Bureau (a.k.a. Impossible Missions Bureau) and is currently the head of IMB and it's task force (a.k.a. IMF - Impossible Mission Force).
